Expert support as you heal

Guidance as you navigate mold and toxin-related illness alongside your provider

HOW I HELP

Have you been dealing with symptoms for years without clear answers?

Could toxins in your environment be part of what’s contributing to your symptoms?

For years, I battled unexplained symptoms no one could figure out, until I discovered they were connected to environmental toxins. I remember how overwhelming it was to keep track of everything, including appointments, protocols, and decisions, especially while feeling so unwell and dealing with brain fog. There was so much information, but it was hard to know what to trust or what actually made sense.

Now, I support clients alongside their providers, helping them understand what may be contributing to their symptoms, navigate care, reduce overwhelm, and move forward with more clarity and confidence, drawing on over 30 years of nursing experience.

Even in an increasingly toxic world, it’s absolutely possible to reclaim your health and feel like yourself again.

Could it be mold?

Many people wonder whether their symptoms could be related to mold, especially when nothing else explains what they’re experiencing. Mold and the bacteria that thrive in water-damaged buildings can affect nearly every system in the body, often creating symptoms that shift, cycle, or don’t seem connected at first glance.

    • Respiratory and sinus symptoms

    • Pain and musculoskeletal symptoms

    • Gut and digestion issues

    • Mood and nervous system changes

    • Hormone and metabolic shifts

You don’t have to smell mold or see visible growth for it to affect your health.

Welcome — I’m Kara!

I’m a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience, now focused on supporting individuals navigating mold and environmental illness. Like many of my clients, I’ve lived through this myself.

I went through years of unexplained symptoms and a long search for answers before discovering the role environmental toxins were playing in my health.

I was fortunate to work with a knowledgeable provider during my healing, but even with that support, I remember how overwhelming the process felt between visits. There were so many decisions to make: how to approach my environment, who to work with for health-focused inspection and remediation, and what products or next steps made sense. While there was no shortage of information, it was incredibly difficult to know what to trust or how to cut through the noise.

That experience is what led me to this work.

Now, I help others navigate that same process with more clarity, so they don’t have to figure it out alone.
